This double room corner apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 Kitchenettes. Perfect for families who want to stay together but have their own space - all in the same area. Guest walk through one bedroom to get to the other and there is a connecting door that can be closed for privacy. The space in your apartment is only for you. No one has access and no one else will enter during your stay. There is no daily housekeeping to offer you the best rate possible. However, if something happens and you need our help please send us a message and we'll be sure to help. Guests has access to their private apartment, the common area around the building to enjoy the lounge chairs, table & chairs to eat outside. There is a parking lot for our guest only (please read more about parking below under “Other Things to Note”). LAUNDRY ROOM There is also a laundry room for your use at the rear of the building. Washing machine detergent and bleach is provided. You will need $2 in quarters for each washer & dryer. The key to the laundry room will be inside your apartment hanging on the hook in the kitchen or in one of the kitchen drawer. Feel free to reach out through your reservation channel and we can & will assist with any needs you may have. Everything in the neighborhood is in walking distance. The Beach of course, the famous Hollywood Broadwalk, the many restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, sports bars and beach rental supplier for things such as bicycles, skates, buggy’s, etc. to enjoy around the area. Getting around is super easy... all you have to do is walk to the Broadwalk and start there. Turn right for all the action, restaurants, bars and shops. Want it quieter and more peaceful, turn left on the Broadwalk and stroll down a few more shops and restaurants, head to the picnic areas and less crowded beach. Important Information: Check-in is after 3:00PM Check out is at 11:00AM This allows us to clean the apartment thoroughly between guests. Please send me the following information as soon as possible: 1. What time will you be arriving? 2. Will you have a car during your stay? 3. The time checking out if before 11:00 am? This information will help us coordinate your check in and have the apartment ready in time. CHECKING IN No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. HOW TO ENTER APARTMENT Use your personal entry code you received followed by the check mark key located at the bottom left of key pad. Example: 12345✔️ (wait 2 seconds, then open door). This will unlock the door. To lock, press any key. CHECKING OUT Please set A/C at 77° Shut off all lights. Press any key to lock the door. After 11:00 AM your personal code will expire and will no longer unlock the door. OTHER FREE Internet-WiFi and Smart TV!!! Washer and Dryer are in the Laundry Room in the rear of the building. The key inside your apartment will unlock it. We want you to enjoy your stay and will recommend places to go, shop and see after you at check in. HOUSE RULES NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE APARTMENT ($200 FINE) Maximum 4 adults. This is a residential building so no big parties or loud noise, you must be respectful of neighbors. Please Do Not use Bath or Beach Towels to remove makeup or any other stainable product. Towels are for drying off clean water only! A charge of $15 will be added to your bill for each stained or missing towel. When checking out, apartment should be left clean. No dirty dishes or pots and pans inside cabinets or leaving the apartment trashed. Not following house rules will result in 100% loss of deposit. Smoking inside apartment will result in an additional $200 charge to air out, deodorize and block out apartment from being rented to guests until order is removed. PARKING In regard to parking you can park in an private assigned parking space at the property for $20 per night. The other option is street parking with hourly rates of approximately $3 per hour. There are also two different city parking garages just 1-2 blocks South of the apartment with daily rates. Let us know which you prefer so we can send you additional information about the assigned parking, registering your car and how to pay, if you choose to park at the property. Cars not registered with us can be towed away at owner’s expense; this is to prevent unauthorized people from parking in your parking space.

April 2025 5.00The location is perfect, steps from the beach and many restaurants and shops within a short walk. The spot was located on the quieter end and we couldn't hear our neighbors. Towels and chairs were provided which made it a stress free visit. The bed in the back room is quite squeky when sitting/rolling around but no real complaints!

January 2025 0.50Die schönen Fotos täuschen Positive: Die Lage, es sind nur wenige Meter zum Hollywood Beach. Negative: Beim ersten Aufenthalt hat uns der Vermieter die falsche Appartement Nummer geschickt. Glücklicherweise hat uns beim Versuch die falsche Türe aufzumachen keiner erschossen. Nachdem endlich die richtige Türe aufging kam uns ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. Leider kam es noch schlimmer, denn auf dem Schlafsofa war das Schlafen nahezu unmöglich. Jede einzelne Feder war zu spüren und das Umdrehen konnten auch noch die Nachbarn hören. Die Einrichtung ist alt und abgewohnt, aber noch um einiges besser als der Zustand der Toilette. Wer gute Nerven und einen belastbaren Magen hat, kann sich das beigestellte Foto gerne ansehen. Leider konnten wir unseren zweiten Aufenthalt ein paar Tage später nicht mehr stornieren. Ob der Geruch im Appartement der Auslöser meiner Bronchitis war, kann ich nicht beweisen, aber die Geräusche unseres Bettes haben sogar mein lautes Husten übertönt. Der Vermieter hat beim zweiten Aufenthalt tagsüber den Cod für die Türe geändert, hat es aber nicht geschafft, uns die richtige Zahlenkombination zu schicken. Wir durften fast eine Stunde draussen warten, erfreulicher Weise in der frischen Luft. Jetzt will der Vermieter für diese Bruchbude doch tatsächlich eine 10 Sterne Bewerbung. Alles unter 8 würde erst gar nicht aufscheinen..... Vielleicht habe ich deshalb schon eine super schlechte 10 er Bewertung gelesen. In unserem 3 wöchigen Urlaub war diese Unterkunft mit Abstand die Schlechteste - aber mit den besten Bewertungen.

December 2024 4.00Great location and decent place. Positive: The property was well stocked. Rooms were nice and the two bathrooms were helpful. The location was perfect. Negative: The lowest the air conditioner could go was 72 degrees. This was bad because it wasn’t hot outside, but if hot it wouldn’t be cool enough. This was my only complaint.
